Piano Lessons

Michael is a current student at Rowan University where he is pursuing a degree in classical piano performance. He is anticipated to graduate in 2028. Michael is incredibly passionate about music, and has extensive experience playing classical and contemporary music. In the course of teaching he utilizes many different methods books and his extensive library of preparatory materials to help all levels of musicians on their journey. Michael regularly composes his own music and works with students who are interested in learning how to compose as well. 

 

Michael’s teaching philosophy is very personalized and customized to the individual student. He aims to incorporate his love of music in all of his lessons to inspire his students while at the same time covering important fundamentals like reading music and developing proper playing technique. He is comfortable helping students who wish to learn to play by ear, to read sheet music, or to just play their favorite songs. Michael teaches piano and composition for Main Street Music.
