Piano Lessons

Ms. Marcia Yurko earned a Bachelors’ degree in Music Education from Wilkes College, Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Her professional development education in Piano Pedagogy continued at Westminster Choir College and at the New School for Music Study (Kingston, NJ) where she is currently enrolled in the Piano Pedagogy Course and studying piano performance with Dr. Kairy Koshoeva. She has maintained a private piano teaching studio in Sewell, NJ for over 20 years and was an adjunct piano professor at Messiah College from 2010-2017. Ms. Yurko is an active member of New Jersey Music Teachers Association, South Jersey Music Teachers Association, National Federation of Music Clubs and the National Guild of Piano Teachers. Marcia is a highly qualified and experienced piano teacher who draws from a wide variety of teaching resources and materials in order to provide a well rounded music education for all of her piano students.
